Skyline is the 2008-2009 Oakland Athletic League Champion for the following sports: - Men's Swimming

- Baseball
- Track & Field
- Women's Cross-Country
In addition, Skyline is the 2008-2009 Transbay Tournament Champion for the following sports:
- Women's Soccer
- Softball
- Baseball
