ELAC (English Learners Advisory Committee)

The committee of parents, teachers, administrators and students which is responsible for advising the school on bilingual programs and services for English language learners.

ELAC meets on the first Monday of every month at 1470 Fruitvale Avenue (Spanish Speaking Unity Center) at 6:00 p.m. All are welcome. Skyline’s administrative ELAC Coordinator is Mr. Julin Chen, Assistant Principal (julin.chen@ousd.k12.ca.us).
