Essays are due on Friday, June 11th at the beginning of class. Late papers will loose 5 points. No Papers will be accepted after Midnight Friday, June 11th. Students have known about this deadline for 6 weeks. I will not accept late papers from students who get the project-is-due-flu. If a student is not in class, then I expect them to email the essay before Midnight on June 11th. If you child really is ill, please call (510) 879-3060 ext. 167 before 2PM on Friday, June 11th to talk with me.
This is Mr. Orphal's third year as a Titan. After graduating from Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton CA in 1989, Mr. Orphal left the East Bay suburbs for the redwood forest and Humboldt State University.
After receiving his BA and Teaching Credential at HSU, Mr. Orphal began a ten-year career at Zoe Barnum High School in Eureka CA. He is happy to have returned home to the Bay Area.
